No. We believe in second chances, so we do not perform credit checks or enforce rent multipliers. We only require a non-refundable $300 community fee per resident to help maintain a high-quality living environment.

The non-refundable $300 fee covers administrative costs and ensures your private furnished room, utilities, and high-speed internet are ready. This one-time payment helps us provide a stable foundation for your fresh start.
Who can apply for these housing units?
We accept applications from individuals directly or from advocates like social workers and family. Our goal is to remove traditional housing barriers for veterans, seniors, and adults transitioning to a better life.
